Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy will vary based on the type of reservation made during the booking process.  

-Flexible reservations allows you to cancel 48 hours before the check-in time of 3 P.M. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 1 night’s room and tax onto the credit card provided as guarantee.

-Non-Refundable / Advanced Purchase: By locking in this great deal you agree to having the full amount of Room and Tax fees deducted from your credit card account. This advance purchase is non-refundable.

Your credit card is on file as guarantee.  In the event you change your plan, you must cancel or change your hotel reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy to avoid penalties.

The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register. We will place a $250/a day authorization hold against this account to cover applicable charges for room and tax as well as an incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 5-30 business days for funds to become available through your financial institution.

Guestroom Policy: 

Loud disturbances or private guest room parties are prohibited at all times. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest violating our noise ordinance without a refund.   All occupants of the guest room must be registered with the front desk. Any non-registered guest will be asked to vacate the property.
